Our services are tailored to the client's needs with the aim of reducing sickness absence and improving employee's health and well-being. The service can include pre-employment screenings, management referrals, health surveillance, health education & training, stress assessment & training, immunisations & blood tests, health promotion and advice and treatment options such as counselling, physiotherapy, osteopath and chiropractic both face to face and via telephone.
We assign dedicated resources to each contract including administration and Contract Manager. Services and pricing are flexible throughout the contract term to ensure best value is achieved for the client as needs change.
A key element of our service is our unique secure web-based Management System, designed to significantly improve the communication and management of OH within organisations. It offers on-line referral, case tracking, quicker information storage and handling, automatic notifications via e-mail and text online reporting and central view of all information for distributed sites according to permission set. It saves clients significant amounts of administration time. The system is an advantage for all clients and especially those with multiple sites across the UK (or even beyond) who want to be able to either centrally administer OH related activity or be able to review spend/activity online at any time.
We aim to be as proactive as possible to manage all cases until the case is completed and resolved. We constantly review trends to alert client managers as issues arise and work with different managers and teams to ensure the OH service meets the clients goals. We produce a monthly newsletter to inform clients of updates and research and work in partnership with our clients to develop the service continually.
We are committed to innovation in the way occupational health is managed and delivered to bring real benefits to our clients. Through research and development programmes with the University of Hertfordshire we have developed an objective method for measuring stress, a unique Positive Health Improvement Programme, a BioPsychoSocial health measure and a new musculoskeletal telephone and face to face assessment and treatment service in partnership with the Backcare Charity which offers fast, evidence based access to physiotherapists trained in Occupational Health with patient treatment plans and outcome measures for the patient and robust Management Advice for the client.
